You are just a few miles from the popular tourist magnet of Bowness-on Windermere, offering a wide range of restaurants and gastro pubs serving every possible type of cuisine you could want, from takeaway food to fine dining, you’ll find an abundance of bars and pubs offering locally produced ales, cocktails, and guest craft beers. Here you can take the Windermere steamers to Lakeside at the Southern point of the Lake and Ambleside in the North.
