There are two double bedrooms and a single with a sofa bed upstairs and downstairs you will find the other double bedroom along with a beautifully laid out living/dining room with a snug area where you can sit in front of the wood burner. There is a cosy sofa section where you can curl up and watch your favourite movie or enjoy some fun family times with the games console provided. The gorgeous kitchen oozes quality with a breakfast bar where you can socialise with a coffee from the Nespresso machine while dinner is being prepared on the quality range cooker. Outdoors is a real pleasure because of the peaceful and spacious surroundings. Enjoy the unspoilt countryside views and take a walk around the grounds or sit on the private patio where you can tuck into a barbecue and then sit round the stone firepit into the evening.

If gardens are of interest, you will find the RHS gardens at nearby Rosemoor a delight, and there are numerous National Trust properties in the surrounding area to enjoy. The town of Great Torrington lies close by, where you will find the Dartington Crystal Factory and the Civil War museum. At Bideford’s quay you can book a trip to Lundy Island and slightly further afield there is the Dartmoor National Park. Beach lovers will delight in the wide sandy beaches, the nearest is at Westward Ho! The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep will fascinate the younger ones.
