3 Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours.
noise violations: 1st complaint = warning, 2nd complaint = $150 fine,
3rd complaint = termination
4 No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay.
5 We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture.
pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75
6 Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
7 If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. please do not try to fix it yourself
8 Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.
9 Check-out is at 11:00AM. late check out will result to $50 per hour
10 Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.
