Positive: Loved the proximity to the beach, it had everything we needed to cook, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out!
Negative: There were a few minor items/quirks that we shared with the owners so they could address for future visits, but nothing unexpected for a house of that age near the beach that gets lots of visitors!
