welcome to our spacious retreat, perfectly nestled just minutes away from shops, groceries, and restaurants You're also close to American River College, Arden Fair Mall, and Country Club Lanes, with major highways right around the corner. Downtown Sacramento is only a 10-minute drive away, and the beautiful River Bend Park offers fantastic hiking just down the road. with its central location near hospitals, this is the ideal spot for long-term stays, offering both comfort and convenience!

the entire 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow is available for guest access This includes the very open and grassy backyard. The backyard area is also equipped with a covered patio as well as lighting for the evenings. There is a separate, private unit in the backyard that is rented by another guest.
the detached shed is a closed space that is kept locked The garage is only available for laundry use for extended stays.
