Positive: I loved the view and the location even tho there were houses near by it still felt very private.
Negative: It could use some heaters as the stove and base heaters still didnt warm the whole place up. And curtains its a little on the edgie side with no curtains over the big. Slidimg glass door in the living room.
Summary: Overall i def would recommend this house to my friends
