sandpiper cottage is fully furnished and outfitted with everything you'll need to feel right at home Features include your own private entrance and your own full kitchen and full bath. The main room is bright and cheerful with a twin size daybed with a very comfy Sealy mattress, high quality cotton bedding and towels. A trundle bed is available for a second occupant if needed for short term visiters (please ask host about special terms for a second guest). Included in your stay: central air conditioning, reliable Xfinity super high speed internet, Fire Stick TV for streaming anything you want. Comes with Xfinity X1 package, Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube, Gaia, Peacock, Hulu, etc.

this apartment is in the back part of my house, and i live in the front part The two living spaces are completely separate and private, but are attached. Please know that I don't smoke, I am a quiet and low-key person, and I love to garden and maintain the exterior of my home for the enjoyment of all. I truly enjoy hosting guests but I generally keep to myself and stay out of your way. I always respect the privacy of my guests.
