welcome to our spacious 3-story vintage home in shadyside! the home is full of charm and character, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests across three floors Large groups will be very comfortable here, and we’re excited to host you. With unique features like 5 bedrooms, a luxurious steam shower, and plenty of space to spread out, this is one of our most popular homes for families and groups.
a note on the home:
this is a vintage home with plenty of character It is not brand new or ultra-modern, and with that comes a few quirks that are part of its charm. Many of our guests love it for the space, comfort, location and the personality it offers. However, if you are looking for something brand new or ultra modern, this may not be the best fit for you.
first floor:
enter through the front door with a smart lock and step into a home that blends comfort with vintage character To your right is a dining area that seats up to 8, fully stocked with everything you need. Past the dining room, the inviting living room features a large wall-mounted smart TV and a comfortable sofa, making it the perfect place to relax or enjoy family time. The fully remodeled kitchen has brand-new appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and microwave, plus a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There’s also a charming breakfast nook for casual meals. Step out from the kitchen into a shared backyard that is connected to the parking garage. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor.
second floor:
the second floor includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms One bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a dresser and smart TV. Another has a king-sized bed and dresser. The master bedroom offers a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and en suite laundry. The first full bathroom features a rainfall showerhead over the tub and a modern vanity. The master bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in spa steam shower, double sinks, and updated finishes, creating a true spa-like retreat.
third floor:
the top floor provides two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a bonus pantry One bedroom has a king bed, a sofa, smart TV, and an executive desk for work or study. The other bedroom has a queen bed, sofa, and dresser. The full bathroom on this level includes a tub and shower combo. At the end of the hallway, you’ll also find a pantry with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and oven for added convenience.

~ the home is pet friendly and no extra fees for pets!
~ we offer two options for free parking!
1) we have a two car parking garage out back that you're welcome to use, free of charge
2) we also offer free street parking if you prefer that or if you have more than two cars during your stay!
~ there are security cameras in the front and rear of the home for added safety and security for our guests
~ absolutely no parties or events at this listing

▪️quiet hours: (10pm - 8am) - guests must be respectful of other tenants/ guests in the building during your stay High noise levels will disturb other tenants in the building, so you must make sure to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM - 8AM. This includes TV volume, music, and voice levels. Please remember that this is their home! If a guest receives a noise complaint (Either from the host or another tenant directly), but disregards the complaint and continues to disturb other tenants, there will be a $200 fine per disturbance.
⭐️all i ask is that you are respectful to the other guests and tenants and there will be no issues or fines!
▪️no parties - the complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1000.
▪️no smoking - under no circumstances are you allowed to smoke in this apartment, which includes the common area of the apartment complex There will be a $500 fine if anyone smokes in the apartment or apartment complex during a reservation.
▪️no unauthorized guests - all guests staying in the apartment must be added to the reservation during your stay If an outside guest is staying in the apartment during your stay, they will be asked to leave. An outside guest is anyone who is not included on your reservation for your stay. There will be a fine of $25 per outside guest in the apartment or apartment complex during your stay.
▪️no illegal activities - guests are not allowed to conduct any illegal activities in the apartment or in the apartment complex during their stay If a guest violates this, they will be asked to leave with no refund.
▪️if a reservation is made by someone who lives locally in pittsburgh, you will be subject to additional screening after booking is made and the reservation may be cancelled if guests do not pass the screening process This may include asking for copy of photo ID from guests to keep on file. This is to help prevent parties, unauthorized guests, and smoking from occurring in our properties.
▪️11am check-out - if a guest checks out late without permission, it can really mess up our cleaning schedules and impact future guests Please reach out if you need a late check out and we'll let you know if we can accommodate, we'll always do our best if we're able to.
