parking is limited in the front parking lot but there is public parking at the beach behind the building Due to limited space in the main lot, please limit yourself to one vehicle per suite. Please also note that parking is first come first serve and we aren't responsible for how other guests park (i.e. a motorcycle taking a full car spot, double parked, too much space in between vehicles, etc.).

each studio suite is self sustaining and there isn't a 24 hour staff on site We do our best to maintain rooms in between guests. I do not live in Kings Beach, so any repair or maintenance will be at the dependence of an available handyman's schedule.
