The 3 nature reserves are a few minutes from Amboise **** and can be explored on foot, by bicycle (45 km of cycle paths), on Henson horse (the horse of the Somme Bay) and by boat. Saint Valery-sur-Somme, 3 km away, offers magnificent views of the bay from the top of its medieval town and its sailors' quarter. Beach at 7 km, port at 3 km.
