this home away from home features a bright, light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area leading onto the north-facing deck with glimpses of the sparkling sea and surrounded by a lush green setting An 8-seater outdoor dining table and BBQ are available for your use on those beautiful summer evenings.
a fully-equipped kitchen opens into a small open-plan lounge area which has a sofa bed that easily converts into a very comfortable double bed Two well-sized bedrooms, a study with a large desk ideal working from home or just catching up on your emails, and 2 separate bathrooms (one with bath) make this the perfect choice no matter what your family/friend group needs.
the downstairs laundry, with washing machine and tumble dryer is great for all those beach towels and wet bathers There is a fire pit in the garden for relaxing around when you decide to stay in.
the lounge/dining area has air conditioning, and all other rooms are equipped with fans Driveway parking for one car and plenty of additional parking available on the street.
