Come escape and relax in our beautiful Winter Park townhome! Enjoy the picturesque views out every window with tons of natural light, while still being just steps away from town. Best views in the neighborhood! Located on the bus line (stop at this development!) to the slopes. Short walk to town but nestled in the trees so the best of both worlds. Quiet and peaceful but easy quick walk to town for culinary treats, adorable mountain shops or a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Private hot tub on deck to stargaze and amazing views.

this property seamlessly blends comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views! this is a 3 bedroom end unit townhome with tons of windows and natural light just a few minute walk to town to enjoy all winter park has to offer while nestled in the trees for peace and ability to escape it all!
this is a three level townhome (there are stairs so may not be a great fit for guests with physical challenges) with your own private heated oversized garage with plenty of room to keep all your equipment warm Upon entering you will find a large bedroom with bunk beds (twin over double and also a pull out mattress underneath) and attached full bathroom with shower and tub. Outside this room is your first patio that has your own private hot tub to stargaze or soak in the unobstructed mountain views. Head up a level to the main living space where you will find two private decks offering panoramic views of the ski area and Continental Divide. You will have your own full kitchen (stocked with all cooking supplies) and open concept living and dining area. Get cozy around the gas fireplace and enjoy the views or one of the board games supplied. On this main level there is an half bathroom as well. Head up to the third level where two more bedroom offers its own ensuite bathroom (one with a steam shower!) creating comfort and privacy for both you and your guests. Upstairs you will also find a washer and dryer as well.
note: this home is close to an rail line with trains going by a few times a day While we feel this adds to the charm and guests love it, it can make it hard to sleep with the windows open. Ear plugs provided if desired. queen bed in the room with the steam shower and either two twins or a king in the other upstairs bedroom (shower with tub in that room as well)
