Villa with 3 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, garden and swimming pool all on the ground floor, therefore easily accessible for guests with motor limitations. Includes 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, a sink and WC, fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, vitroceramic, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, cutlery, dishes, etc the living room includes a 4 seater sofa that can be transformed into a bed, large dining table inside, satellite television and internet on request. 2 rooms with double beds, one with wall cupboard and the other with normal wardrobe, commode, bedside table. The third room has 2 single beds with dresser and bedside cabinet. Mattress covers, sheets, towels and everything you need are provided.
outside there is an indoor relaxation area with 2 armchairs, table for outdoor dining, gas and charcoal barbecues Large terrace with Gazebo and another large table and wooden table, loungers and deckchairs beside the pool. Private pool not heated, all surrounded by flowerbeds and synthetic grass with a beautiful Palma Canaria at the entrance of the villa. The exterior lighting allows a good night vision to not miss anything of the fantastic Climate of the south of Gran Canaria. The area is very quiet, being a village almost exclusively tourist. The villa is located near the golf courses of Anfi Tauro. You can access trails that lead to the mountains that surround the valley, for Pleasant pass through with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach of Tauro is a little more than a mile away, skirting the golf courses and not far away, always within walking distance, there are the beaches of amadores and playa de cura. At 5 minutes of the villa we have Spar, a restaurant and a bar. The center of Puerto Rico, with its shopping malls, countless restaurants, bars, shops and discos, is a 5 minute drive away and the proximity to the highway makes every move on the island fast. The airport is 25 km away and the capital Las Palmas is about 40km away. We recommend renting to car so you can access everything easily. For more information on the islands, on activities to do nearby (water sports, walking, shopping malls, etc.) We, the owners, live in front of the villa we rent, so we will be available for every need.
