Less than 2 miles from Yew Tree Cottage lies Broadway with its pretty high street full of pubs, independent gift and antique shops and eateries. Broadway’s famous tower, a unique Capability Brown Folly Tower, open to visitors wanting to experience great English Heritage in an inspiring location, overlooks the village and as many as 16 counties can be seen from its location. Regular events are held in the village including a food festival, art festival, horticulture and craft show, live summer concerts on the green and music nights in the local pub.
