Coastal Haven is a cosy and stylish terraced cottage set in the heart of the coastal town of Dawlish in South Devon. The cottage has been recently refurbished throughout in 2021.
this three-bedroom holiday home is the perfect coastal base for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a seaside holiday As you enter the property, head into the cosy living room which is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a Smart TV with Freeview and a wood burner. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar with two stools. This then leads through to the dining room which has a beautiful solid wood table with bench seating and leather chairs. Heading upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom which has a shower over the bathtub, toilet and wash basin. Two of the bedrooms each have a king-size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds.

The opposite direction takes you to the vibrant coastal town of Teignmouth with a beautiful long promenade, pier, beach restaurants and pubs, where you can sit and watch the world go by.
