Beautiful Home in a peaceful middle class neighborhood. There are two homes on the same property that are completely separated. This home is the front home with a beautiful front yard and a peaceful garden in the back.

2) check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.

6) no illegal activity, this includes marijuana the smell is horrible!
7) please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on Please take them off when waking throughout the home.
8) all pets have to be approved first Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.
9) this is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.
10) please leave the place neat and clean before leaving This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
