This reverse level converted barn is accessed via the front door on the first floor. The outside patio faces the tennis courts and the children's play area with far reaching views of the stunning landscape. Enter the living space with stairs on the left down to the ground floor. Directly ahead is the door to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The open kitchen is next to the stairwell in the living space.

On the ground floor is the second full bathroom with separate shower. There is a washing machine in the hallway and then access to the two twin bedrooms each with doors out to the private courtyard.

All of the space is for guests use.

There is an indoor heated swimming pool which opens at 7am to 9.30am. It is then closed for cleaning & maintenance until 10.15 when it opens again until 9pm.

Snooker Room and Games Room

There is a full size, slate based, snooker table in the oak
panelled snooker room in the Tythe Barn. And there is a Games Room with numerous activities including
pool, table football and table tennis and toys for younger children.

There are some swings and climbing facilities up by the tennis court.
