this free standing, beautifully styled house features ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, a spacious carpeted open-plan living/dining space with cedar windows, comfy 2 and 3 seater sofas, a 40β smart tv and a dining table for 6 people A tiled well-equipped galley-style kitchen comes with marble benchtops, an induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. French doors lead out to a quiet, leafy yard and decking with an alfresco dining area for 4 people, vegie patch (see whatβs in season!) and a clothes line. There are 3 bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds and venetian blinds to block out the light, with the master bedroom also offering a roomy walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The houseβs main bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub, and thereβs also a dedicated laundry with a top loader washing machine and direct access to a double garage where the clothes dryer is housed.
