The property borders directly on the Neustädter Kurpark with its manor house and is surrounded by further, quietly situated residential properties.
the apartment has a size of 45 m² and was extensively renovated and refurbished in 2012 Since then we have been offering our guests an internet connection via WLAN.
at the beginning of 2018, we installed a modern floor covering in the kitchen and bedroom area and equipped these rooms with new furniture
the comfortably furnished living area is furnished with a seating area and sofa as well as a flat screen television and music system with dvd player If necessary, the sofa can be converted into a bed for two people.
