- parking limit: during the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of march) & on the 4th of july, there is a limit of one vehicle per unit Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- cancellation: if reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
