this apartment is located in a fast-growing area of downtown with lots of exciting shops and restaurants opening all the time It's peacefully tucked in a quieter area away from the bar scenes of The Short North while still being only 5-10 minutes drive away.
our place is nestled along the river and perfectly located for anyone who enjoys going on walks or bike rides with the beautiful scioto mile trail running right behind the community
you'll love being just a few steps away from ray ray's bbq, brewdog, one line coffee, strongwater, yellow brick gourmet pizza, and many other favorites
it's easy to get anywhere downtown..by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, bus, etc.

arriving at the apartment is easy Just park in the loading zone with your hazards on when you first arrive so that you can easily take your luggage up to the apartment and get your parking pass (on the kitchen counter). Then, pull your car around back into the parking garage.

We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. An unlimited parking pass is included, so you'll be able to park in our parking garage. But street parking is also surprisingly easy in case you have 2 cars or ever want to invite someone over.
