located in herradura across the road from the famous los suenos resort, rancho des suenos offers 20 well appointed rooms w/ensuite bathrooms
a large indoor air conditioned living room/party room, outside rancho to accommodate your group
and its crown jewel is a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a swim up bar
due to it’s short distance from jaco beach (approx 20 minutes) each rental includes the following breakfast and dinner chef service (groceries are not included) A private bus and driver (26 passenger) for 15 consecutive hours per day to facilitate your group (transportation to and from the airport not included).

the base rate set per night here on vrbo is based on you taking all 20 bedrooms with a max of 26 guests if singles and 40 if couples/families
13 bedroom option - you may rent rancho de sueños as 13 bedrooms only at a reduced nightly rate if you have 13 singles or less singles or up to 26 if a couples/family group
the base nightly rate for the 13 bedroom option is
*$2300/nt green season (may 1-december 16)
*$2900/nt in high season (january 6-april 30)
**not including vrbo booking fees, cleaning fee, management fee
if you take the 13 bedroom option, the remaining 7 bedrooms would be locked It would still be YOUR group only on the property for the entire length of your rental. We would NOT rent the other rooms to another party.

*for groups over 26 people, add $25/person per night, up to a total maximum occupancy of 40 people
*for couples and families with children some exceptions may be made
