-garbage disposal for homes: guests will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (scheduled to be communicated by nest host) guest can request nest host to roll out the bins for $30 DO NOT OVERFILL the bins as they will not be collected & would have to be disposed differently which will incur costs.

-management is not able to receive packages on behalf of tenants

-wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-garbage disposal for homes: guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by nest host)
-please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure
