Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.

If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.
no smoking inside the house, please! if smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
keep the noise level down especially after 10pm and respect my lovely neighbors There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
for guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
pets allowed on a case by case basis Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Please reach out before booking if you are bringing a pet. The initial pet fee is $350. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at expense of the guest. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night, so please be sure to make arrangements prior to your stay.

door locks: the doors lock behind you every time they close Should you find yourself locked out during office hours, please go to the office for a spare key. Should you find yourself locked out after hours, please contact us. Should we need to send someone out, there is a $115 lockout service fee paid directly to maintenance. We are a small, locally owned company, and try to be available as much as possible, however, should you have to call a locksmith, please only call Arnold's Safe and Lock. They are the only locksmiths who can unlock these specific doors without causing damage.
