Please have all dishes cleaned and put away. There will be additional fees for additional cleaning of stove, fridge, and dishes if not left in wipe clean condition. Minimum for each item is $25.00, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning for any areas or items not left in wipe clean condition. 8. Key fob must be returned or there is a $150.00 charge - NO EXCEPTIONS 9. Minimum age is 23 to book 10. management requires criminal background check
please be aware that if you lose the keys, which is your access to the unit, it cannot be replaced for you immediately and you may lose access to the apartment and all amenities until another one can be made There is a $200 fee for lost keys.
