please be advised that the mall, located below the paraiso residences, is currently undergoing some renovation work Because of this, you may hear construction noise during your stay, especially between May and June. While we hope it won’t affect your experience too much, there could be occasional noise at different hours.
please note: due to maintenance improvements in the mall area below the unit, repair work is currently being carried out at night This may cause some noise between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
loud neighborhood: being located just in downtown, a few steps from cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive
