The house extends over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat-screen TV, mini hi-fi system), a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with separate shower/bathtub/WC and washing machine. On the upper floor (access via a steep staircase) there are 2 bedrooms. In the large bedroom there is a box-spring bed with a width of 1.80 m, a workstation with WiFi, a TV and a permanently installed safe. In the smaller bedroom there are 2 box-spring beds, each 90 cm wide, which can also be put together and used as a double bed. A cot and high chair are available for small children. The house is centrally heated and also has a wood-burning stove in the living room. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, lockable storage space for bicycles brought along, power connection for e-bikes, WiFi and a 3-car carport.
