this modern “insta worthy” townhome is more than what it appears…in a secluded area of the complex, you will experience a quiet and quaint vibe with memory foam mattresses, a kitchen with every tool you need to cook an elaborate meal, new furniture, and a neighborhood fully of shaded grass areas and a community pool
the townhome is 2 stories and pretty secluded from the rest of the complex There is only one attached wall with a neighbor (the back of their kitchen and bathroom) which attaches to under our stairs.
o primary bedroom: 1 king size bed, two closets, a dresser, and a view into the outdoor courtyard
o 2nd bedroom (the bunk room): triple bunk bed with 3 twin mattresses, each equipped with their own reading light and power strip
game room: a part of the bunk room is the game/play area Equipped with a pull out couch for one, TV with a Fire Stick and DVD player, a 3-way billiards table with foosball, hockey, and mini pool, games and books. Extra linens and pillows are provided for pull out couch.
