Positive: The apartment is great and the swimming pool is out of a dream. 15 min walk from a public beach and restaurants. It's great value for money and I really recommend this place for your stay in Tulum.
Negative: The couch is small and not very comfortable but enought for a kid to sleep a few nights. The apartment is located in a remote area which makes it hard to move around if you don't have a car/motobike.
