missing property items:
any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

please be mindful and look both ways for cars coming from either direction, as this area is quite busy and close to the highway I recommend parking on the curb directly across from the building for easier access, but if space is limited, parking on the other side of the street is also allowed.
