this charming third row surf city beach house has been lovingly remodeled, but still retains the charm of days gone by on topsail island The ceiling is knotty pine beadboard; something you just don't find any more! It is nestled into a small neighborhood of family homes, with lots of happy kids and dogs walking on the street as there is a children's playground on the same block. The beach is only one block away or just 456 ft, so you can easily spend all day running back and forth to the waves and sand without crossing any busy roads! If Mom and Dad need a night out, you can easily stroll two blocks to the famous Trailer Bar for live music. Or, Daddy Macs, IGA grocery, and Unwined Wine Bar are just a mile and a half away. this adorable bungalow is just waiting to embrace your family with the perfect beach vacation where you can create memories for years to come!
