In recent years, the yard was commissioned to build the dinghy used in the film Swallows and Amazons.

When you can drag yourself away from the window you will find the dining area, where the table will seat 6 people comfortably. Double doors open onto a small balcony. The kitchen houses an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher while overlooking the river.
