A fishermans paradise, this half acre gated and fenced property has amazing views of Copano Bay and its very own 320 foot private lighted fishing pier. The pier is lit from above and also has green lights for optimal night fishing. There is a fish cleaning station with water for your convenience as well. Inside this bright and welcoming bay front home, you will find a spacious open dining and kitchen area. The dining table has seating for 6 and there is a two seat pub table for additional seating. The fully stocked kitchen features sleek white appliances and comes with everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The living room offers cozy and comfortable reclining sofas and wonderful views of Copano Bay. Bedroom one has two twin bunk beds and is perfect for the kiddos. Bedroom two has a queen bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and shares the second bathroom with bedroom one. There is a charcoal grill on site for cooking up the days catch.
