Guest bedrooms are situated towards the front of the home along with the study / den which provides additional sleep space in the way of a sleep sofa with a pull-out trundle bed. There is also a desk, office chair and 2 computer monitors for your use and enjoyment. The sliding glass doors off of the living area leads to plenty of fresh air on the expanded screened in lanai where you can bask in the warm Florida sunshine. Take in the sparkling lake & preserve views while you relax and enjoy your vacation. This home truly offers the perfect blend of luxury living, with all the conveniences of home.
