welcome to 11 beachside drive in sea pines! this is a wonderful elevated 2-story home offering four large bedrooms and four private baths and is located in the south beach area and only steps from the beach!
the spacious living area is open and bright with light hardwood floors, a sofa, love seat and 2 recliners, providing a relaxing atmosphere for watching movies on the 60" smart tv or playing board games in the evening There is also a corner desk to use if you need to do a little work or catch up on e-mails. A large sliding glass door leads from the family area to the spacious screened-in porch where there is a table that seats four plus two additional chairs. Adjacent to the porch is an outdoor deck with a table for 4 and a Weber grill to enjoy outdoor dining. While relaxing outdoors, you can take in the peaceful and tranquil landscape and see peeks of the ocean through the trees. the beach access is just down the steps from the outdoor sitting area!
