you'll love the 18th century architectural roots of the space which features brick, timber, high ceilings, wood floors & an open floor plan It'll be your home away from home while you explore and experience everything Durham has to offer. We love to give recommendations to our guests so never hesitate to ask us for things to do, places to eat, or sights to see.

We also have an outside camera above the hallway entrance and outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.

Morgan Street is as flat as a pancake, has ample sidewalk space, and is very bikeable. Our home is just a 5-minute walk away from the Convention Center. Walk Score is 84, Transit Score 65 and Bike Score 80.
