cleaning:
we simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.
infant & children supervision:
be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
trash:
a rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink and large disposal bins at the back of the building Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly.
broken or stolen property:
guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
inspections:
