Two formal dining areas inside with ocean views, along with a covered al fresco outdoor dining area outside on the pool deck, offer variety for dining by the sea. The al fresco dining area is complete with fireplace & stunning ocean views, and uniquely designed to shelter from ocean winds and stay comfortable despite any elements. The pool is heated, as well as the spa, for the ultimate oceanfront relaxation. Inside, each bedroom has its own private bathroom and is outfitted for a sumptuous comfortable stay. if a mandatory evacuation order is issued by the governor of sc specifically for the county in which your property is located for the dates of your stay, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect In this case we WILL refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.
however, if a mandatory evacuation order is not issued by the governor of sc, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.
additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of charleston or sc (ie other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.
