Positive: Location is lovely across from busy Flores . The communal spaces are beautiful with lots of natural shade provided by the trees & bushes around the property. The staff were very friendly & helpful , especially Noya ( spelling mag be incorrect ) He was always keen to give useful information & share helpful tips on Spanish language with us as we were lacking this skill .He is a real asset to the hotel & has not been working there very long . We enjoyed taking the water taxis back & forth to Flores and appreciate Eric’s help with journeys arriving & departing the hotel . The honesty bar was great .

Negative: The dinner has to be chosen in advance & is not flexible . Rooms are basic & a bit randomly decorated but it’s not an expensive hotel so don’t expect too much from them..
