(If you like to go to bed early this may not be the right unit for you, bar closes at midnight during the week and 1:30am on the weekends). You can take in the sounds and smells of Kansas City while relaxing in this cozy studio or step outside and ride the street car to any number of popular spots. enjoy!

some things to note: the bar noise does come up through the floor but i do provide earplugs for my light sleepers Also I am working on getting the bath tub refinished, its clean, just looks worn.

river market is one of kc favorite neighborhoods, from the red brick lofts, to the farmers market many kansas city-ans call this place home being about half a mile away from the power and light district and crossroads art district is also a plus!
