Sandy beach with sea wall allows walking distance .Ocean Beach is across the street on the other side. Close to Mystic Aquarium/Seaport, Golf, Submarine exhibits, Casinos etc.
we purchased it in 2017, and renovated all rooms with new lighting , second floor laundry, all restored floors, and painting
