🔹this property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

this property is not corporate-owned It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
we welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
if the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500
late checkout:
please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
if you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

we provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
