Welcome to SUNNY MOON! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in the East Gulf Beaches area. Tastefully decorated interior, private pool, and easy access to the beach make this home the ideal place to make new memories with your family. The ground floor of the home opens into a small secondary living space. This floor also features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and the third features a queen bed and single bed. The two bathrooms are shared bathrooms that feature standard shower/tub combos. Moving up the stairs to the top floor you enter the open concept living area. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and beautiful aqua backsplash. The dining area features a large table that seats 10. The beautifully decorated living area features comfortable seating, TV, and views of the Gulf of Mexico. This floor also features a king bedroom that features views of the Gulf of Mexico. Down the hall from the King bedroom is the laundry area and a shared bathroom with stand up shower. The exterior of the home has just as much to offer as the interior. Large decks with seating are on both the ground and top floors. The large gravel driveway accommodates many vehicles large and small. A fish cleaning station with running water and the outdoor shower can be found on the north side of the home. The private pool is surrounded by a wooden fence and decking for privacy.
