Quiet stilt home on 1 & 1/2 lots with upstairs deck looking over the canal that leads to the main Weeki Wachee river or out to the Gulf of Mexico. Launch kayaks from the back yard - you can bring yours or you can use one of the 3 we provide. While the property itself doesnβt accommodate putting your boat in here we are less than 1 mile from a marina and we do have a dedicated concrete parking slab that has your boats name on it. Not to worry, its separate from the full driveway. Upstairs is a cozy get away with cable, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven our you can use the gas grill on the upper deck to cook your meals. Downstairs is a bonus room with a queen bed, washer, and dryer and the 3 Kayaks. Fire pit and dock out back.
