sandy heels is a lovely 6 bedroom, 7 bath home with a private pool and right across the street from the beautiful gulf of mexico in the exclusive crystal beach neighborhood of destin Enjoy the spacious wrap-around balconies for lounging around and taking in the views. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with 2 queens and 2 twin mattresses, 1 with a king bed, and another bedroom with a double/single daybed. On the 2nd floor, you will find a king master bedroom and another king with sleeper sofa master bedroom. On the third floor, you will find your kitchen, dining area, and living room. Plenty of space to entrain your family and friends. The carriage house has one bedroom and a full bath with a fully equipped kitchenette. Sandy Heels is the perfect spacious home to gather your family and friends together and make lasting memories.

if you are near miramar beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called dolphin reef, deployed in 2017 Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!.
