we do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
when drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice
