★ no parties, gathering, illegal substances and undeclared guests
★ no smoking Guests can smoke in the backyard, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house.
★ we pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost $50 for every 30 minutes that they wait outside.
★ our cleaners work very hard to ensure sanitary stay, and as fellow pet owners there are a few rules
> keep off all furniture and bedding
> must be house trained
> pick-up and dispose of all waste
> if your dog is a barker while you're away, consider crating or making other arrangements
★ refundable security deposit of $350 should be authorized 1 day prior to your stay and will be released 2 days after your stay Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation gets canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% - regardless of the cancellation policy.
★ upon check-out, we kindly request to put the used dishes and run the dishwasher, secure trash and turn off the lights, ac, and stove
★ if your stay includes monday, we request bringing the trash outside the night before or monday morning for pick-up
safety:
★ only one camera at the front door covers entryway On and recording 24/7 during the reservation for the safety of our home and guests.
★ at no time is there a lifeguard on duty, guests are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and pool spa and are responsible for all persons using the pool and pool spa during your stay
