Office also has a pull out twin bed. Open-spaced living area on the first floor with large kitchen, dining room, living room, and piano room. WiFi, beautiful patio off the kitchen. 100-foot pier with firepit, four Adirondack chairs, and boat dockage, Gas grill and plenty of parking.

this a perfect place for small family gatherings It is not a place for weddings, wedding receptions, bachelor parties, bridal showers, or any gatherings more than 12 people. My home is on septic system and cannot accommodate large groups. I live close to my neighbors and respect their peace-and-quiet, so again, I'd love for you to be my guest and enjoy yourself on the waterfront, but this is not a "Party House"..
