Sea Birds's attractive Hatteras design provides easy vacation days. The ground level has concrete under-house parking, an outside shower, a changing area, under-house entry, and the home has easy access to the sound. The first living level has two large main bedrooms with private baths. The sound-front main bedroom has an inviting deck adjacent to the screened-in hot tub area. The second living level with tall cathedral ceilings is sound-front joy. The third bedroom has easy access to a bath. The well-furnished living area has an entertainment area and great views over the expansive sound-front deck and sound. With a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area, the well-equipped kitchen can serve early granola sunrises and candlelight get-togethers.
