Nestled in the Dunes of the National Seashore, on the Ocean Side of Truro, sits this Beautiful 1 Bedroom (1 private bedroom + 2nd semi-private loft), 1 full bath on our family compound. Perfect for having your own private space to enjoy quality time with friends and/or family this summer. You have your own neighborhood beach access to a gorgeous stretch of beach, along with also being walking distance to some amazing, swimmable Ponds! Truly the Best of both worlds. This Cape Cod designed, lovingly maintained home is a gem that you must see to believe. There's no way you'd be able to see this location without visiting this property. Upon entering the driveway, you will see to the left, the 2-bedroom building of the compound that is rented separately with lots of privacy between the buildings. This beautiful studio sleeps 6 comfortably, enclosed bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and private door to the deck for lounging and soaking up the sun. Second private sleeping space is a loft bedroom with a queen bed perfect for adults and kids alike, stairs lead up to this room from the living room. Third sleeping space is located in the living room, equipped with a brand new queen sofa sleeper - this is not a futon but rather a comfortable pull-out queen size bed nestled in the main living room in the house. The living room has French doors that provide stunning views of the ocean and lead out to the deck area, where you can BBQ and lounge in the sun. The deck provides amazing water views of the ocean, and certainly the best place for stargazing. Outfitted with brand new outdoor furniture from our favorite local furniture store, Cape Cod Furniture. Large sun umbrellas and lounge chairs will keep you enjoying all the seashore has to offer. Our casita is a short walk to the private beach, where you will be supplied with a private beach pass during your stay. Main Living Space of the Property consists of a Kitchen-Dining-Living-Full Bath area and ample space for entertaining. Enjoy amenities like fast / steady satellite Wifi, a large fully furnished kitchen perfect for cooking family style meals, heat, washer/dryer (attached to the main house across the property), hair dryer, iron, Smart TV equipped with streaming apps and much more. whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the tranquility of the area, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our terrific house in the cape!
